A large number of paper formats exist worldwide. Our designs were made
with american Letter
and european A4 paper formats available, but should also print correctly on
any other paper format
of roughly the same size.
On rare occations you may have to tweak the margins in Word or Powerpoint to
correctly
center and size your printout.
To help you in doing this, here are some hints:
PowerPoint
Go to the File -> page setup menu. Here you can change the paper format
to
a preset value or you can specify your own dimensions.
MS Word
Go to the File -> page setup menu. Here you can change both paper format and page margins.
Printer settings
Go to the Start -> printers and faxes menu. Select properties for your default printer.
Now you can specify the default paper size. And sometimes, depending on the printer driver
you can specify the fit to page option.
Normally your experimentation will only require one or two iterations before you
have solved your problem.
